Mickey has worked in IT channels since 1998. Mickey’s background started as a Java developer for Netscape, iPlanet and Sun Java System. Mickey moved into sales developing and executing innovative channel growth strategies for vendors such as Veritas, Symantec, EMC and Oracle, building new channels for such vendors.
Mickey’s last assignment was to scale the Oracle channel business at Avnet TS EMEA from 1 country to 25 countries within a period of 18 months, taking the business from the UK and expanding across Europe, Middle East and North Africa.

Edmund J Sutcliffe – CTO.
Edmund has built his reputation bybeing thoughtful about solutions, and creatively implementing them whilst communicating both their technology and costs to those he works with.
He has built adaptive computing and scalable grid solutions for a wide range of customers over the last 20 years. These include banks, telcos, utilities, government and research bodies. He has educated and published papers about all of these solutions, and regularly engages in debate on how things can be improved.
Edmund has a delivery-focused approach that is based on a strong consulting career with companies including HMRC ,Aspire, Fujitsu, IBM, Microsoft, Netscape, Sky & Sun.

Sue Crozier-Welch – VP Marketing and Business Development.
Sue is a professional marketer with 27 years in the IT industry. During that time she has held a number of senior marketing management roles across the sector, initially with a manufacturer, Sun Microsystems, then a major distributor, and finally Birmingham based system integrator WTL plc, where she specialised in developing and delivering marketing strategies for their ISV partner community.
In addition to working for Sun Microsystems, Sue has worked with IBM, Veritas (as was), and Oracle via the Channel.
